In 2019, Wales became the first country in the world to declare a climate emergency. This has since been followed by a declaration of a nature emergency. It is beyond doubt that human activity is leading to global climate change, and that all of us can play in rising to this challenge. Since being elected, I have had the pleasure of meeting the people and groups that are working hard to improve our local environment for current and future generations.
