CIPD Women's Health in the Workplace Event Panellist

It was great to be asked to take part in this important event with over 80+ attendees, including HR managers and directors from across the public, private and third sector. The CIPD has long pushed for better workplaces for women, including producing a series of focused, practical materials and guidance to support employers and employees to improve conditions for women at work. Women continue to face a number of challenges in the workplace, ranging from balancing childcare and work, to experiencing baby loss and managing fertility treatment and the menopause at work. The event to delved into topics such as these, which have a significant and tangible impact on the women of Wales’s workforce, to help accelerate progress towards real-world solutions.
